I am an experienced general dentist who provides comprehensive care for both individuals and families at a reasonable cost. I provide my patients with a pleasant and caring experience. I feel it is very important for patients to ask any questions they have about their dental treatment. In the group I am in , we have a periodontist. An oral surgeon and orthodontic group are on the first floor of our building as well, making it very convenient for referrals.

After wrong 2018 pre authorization estimate I was hit almost with whole amount of the balance . I was furious even tho i stated I need estimate and pre authorization to see what’s covered.And guess what it’s was 50/50 !!!And after i establish Monthly payment plan it was ok for few months and my balance went up . Insurance did not cover(Like in pre authorization)it estimate (still have the paper ) I took almost full amount to pay and told them it might take longer to pay . This office is wonderful. They respect you, wait time is minimal if any. Dr. Ed Hotz is an excellent dentist. I have been going there for several years and really encourage people to try this practice. I had a friend in from out of town who had a dental emergency and they got her in to see a dentist the same day within hours of my call. D Beezley
Dr. Hotz has been my dentist for about 10 years and I really like him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and has always given me excellent care. He’s always concerned about my pain level during my many treatments. He’s gentle and will make time for me when I have toothaches. He’s always gotten me in quickly for my emergencies. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. Those working for him are always caring and friendly too.
This was the worst dental visit I have every experienced. I was in the Navy and my experience at this office was worse than the Navy pulling one of my wisdom teeth! It was my understanding that I had scheduled a 6 month check up. I didn't get a cleaning but had suggested that I have a root canal and a prescription for pain meds even though I had no complaints of pain. Felt like I walked in with a dollar sign on my forehead. I have told anyone who will listen!
I have had excellent experiences at Dr. Hotz's office. I have referred two friends, both whom had fairly extensive work done by Dr. Hotz. They were both very nervous of dentists initially but left the office pleased with the work done and less afraid. The staff worked with them on a payment plan that fit their budgets. Highly recommend!
