Since our son's birth in September 2024, Premier Pediatrics has been his primary care office. However, since he was two months old, he has been experiencing persistent respiratory issues, discomfort, and excessive phlegm. We have visited the office multiple times, only to be disappointed with the brief appointments and the doctor's reluctance to provide thorough treatment. Dr. Young took care of my child while her normal physician in the office was off. She took the time to get to know my child and did not rush through the visit. She took her time to answer my many questions as a mom of a newborn. Also the staff all were so caring and even called the next day to check on my child.
My 9yo daughter's bloodwork was ruined by inexperienced staff. This is not the first issue, but will be the last.
It's a sad day. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Julia Young since 2011. At the time, Dr. Young was part of an independent pediatric group. After 11 years, my daughter needed to be seen for a rash behind her ears. Unfortunately, I am retiring from the Army and am experiencing a few days lapse in my Tri-Care insurance while I switch from active duty to retired.
