I WAS GIVEN LOTS OF TIME WITH THE HEAD PHYSICIAN WHICH MADE ME FEEL VERY GOOD.
Dr Boyd is an amazing physician. She is professional, attentive, and treats the patient with the upmost respect.
I understand COVID is a real concern, but I had a real concern of a sinus infection. Doctor came in, spoke very quickly telling me I had a virus and that I'd be fine. Looked down my throat for less than a second and ordered a rapid strep which was negative. Then patted me on the arm as she left the room. Waited 45 minutes to see her less than 2 minutes. I'm a nurse, I get under staffed and over worked. This visit was beyond unacceptable. I will be finding a new practice from here on.
Everyone is very nice and professional including the medical assistant and the girls at the front desk.
Dr. Boyd spent over a hour with me trying to solve the problem.I called for an appt. for tomorrow and they told me to come now. I arrived at 4:20 p.m. and was taken back quickly. She stayed with me, making calls, and ordering bloodwork. I left at 5:45 with a plan. So thankful for her service. I have been with this practice for 30years.
I've been coming to this office for years. I've always been treated with respect, and felt valued as a patient.
Very good doctor and staff
I appreciated dr Boyd's patience since this was my first tele med call. The staff is always great.
Never got past the receptionist - Sally who was rude and dismissive.. Do not go here...
