Exorbitant prices. Nobody follows up with your pets diagnoses after paying quite literally thousands in fees. Then when somebody finally weeks later, gets back to ya ... You're informed you have to pay another $140 for consiltation, all to tell you, give the pet the same food they refuse to eat before they were tested. They may have answers but we sure don't...
