Dr. Langenbach is very experienced, friendly and put me at ease by clearly explaining the entire procedure before doing any work on me.
Dr. Langenbach is a really good dentist! We are from Germany and came to San Diego for holiday. My dad became problems with his teeth and we searched for a German dentist. He came on a Friday to help my dad although he doesn't work on friday!!!! We were so happy that he could help us! Great service!
This dentist is amazing, I have allergies to many medications and had not had dental work in 10 years because of a antaphaltic reaction to dental medication. Dr. Langenbach helped me find something that worked for me, and was not arrogant or condesending about my health difficulties, he is just the best dentist I have been to in 30 years. His staff is amazing, caring, and understanding, what more could you ask for in a dentist?
Such a great dentist. I trust him, and am confident that I will get the best care while I'm there. I just wish he was in network with HMOs. The whole staff is amazing and make you feel like their favorite patient whenever you're there. Dr. Langenbach takes time to find out about you, makes you feel like they really care.

Very thorough. First meeting with him, he explained everything that was going on with the way my bite. He is about addressing root cause, and not just about doing dental work for the sake of doing it.
