We had a great evaluation for both of my kids and they were both diagnosed, but since then I have been unable to get proof of the diagnoses from the doctor's office nor their medical records department. Without proof I have been unable to get the necessary therapies my kids need until I pay for a new diagnoses elsewhere. Insurance won't pay for it twice, and redoing them is being quoted at $1400+ (each) and the waitlists are long. I am VERY disappointed with Dr. Li's clinic at Valley Hospital.
Our pediatrician referred us for an MRI and she decided it wasn't warranted and cancelled it. We cannot get help, wasted an entire day of driving, and had to take time off from work only to be turned away by her.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Judy Li since my daughter was 3 years old so about 7 years now. She’s has been amazing! Super supportive and really responsive and offers great advise and suggestions without being over bearing. I don’t agree with someone else’s comment about racism because I am Hispanic and my daughter is mixed Hispanic and Black and she’s has treated us with the utmost integrity!
If I could, I would give her 0 stars. The worst experience taking my son for an autism evaluation. She was rude and despotic with a 3-year-old child, as if receiving a diagnosis like that wasn't enough for parents. She was also very racist towards us just for being Hispanic. I do not recommend this unprofessional and unethical Dr
