I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will definitely refer my friends and family here.
