My son is afraid of people getting near his eyes thanks to this lady. She was not kid friendly or even willing to communicate with my 4 year old with what was going to happen. She forcefully pushed down on his eyelids and yelled at him for not cooperating. She then continued with letting me know that some kids need to be disciplined with more than just words.
