If I could use ZERO STARS I would. The doctor as well the staff are SUPER RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS . They cover for each other after they provide sub par services. I called last week to this location , I spoke to EMILY who was tremendously RUDE and unknowledgeable . I called to inquire about my benefits and what cost would be upon my visit, I was misquoted several times and after calling EMILY out on that , she got mad and HUNG UP ON ME ! The doctor was made aware of the incident and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to rectify the issue... read more
Dr. Schaffer is absolutely amazing. She is informed, proactive, and seems to work 24 hours a day to the benefit of her patients. I’ve been amazingly impressed how she gets things done. She’s one of the most caring providers I’ve ever met.
