Was their at my appointment and waited for 2 hours and still had three ahead of me. Their internet was causing issue but there is still the old school way of doing things to move things along faster. Needless to say I did not get my eye glass prescription. It was also going to take till May 10th to get me in again. I walked out very disappointed and angry. I'll find someone that thinks my time matters
