The dentist is good, the problem was with the persons taking the calls in their Call Center, on Monday July 20 my wife called to make an appointment and the person in the other side of the phone was so disrespectful, suddenly the phone call got disconnected and the lady did not call back, when my wife called back she started yelling at my wife and telling her that she was disrespectful by hanging the call: Lie! my wife was the person interested in having our son attended by the doctor, he was in pain. I've gone to Dr Finklemann for the past 20 years. I've never had a bad experience and all my dental work is superb. Dr Finkleman and her staff are all extremely professional and very friendly.
