I had a great experience with Dr. Gomez he listened to me and took his time to answer all my questions. The only downside was the wait was very long.
Amazing Dr. but has the lousiest, unprofessional and plain stupid staff! They kept rescheduling my daughter for months after being released from ICU. Phone just rings, no call backs. Took them months to schedule her with an allergist. Then required payment for a full years worth of allergy shots in order to start treatment which she paid. They tell her no appointments needed for the shots just to go between certain hours. Absolutely not! Coming out of ICU Dr Gomez stressed that He “MUST” see us the first week. We made the appointment. We showed up to the appointment. But HE had canceled the appointment on us Because he wanted us to contact them A SECOND TIME for reassurance that we would be there. TOTAL INSANITY! And nowhere on his instructions did he tell us to call his office a second time so he wouldn’t worry his little head about us not showing up. He listens and explains everything thoroughly. You can tell he cares about the patient would definitely refer him to others.
Been with him over ten years. Going to start looking for another Dr. Qualitt of care and service has gone down hill in my opinion.
