Dr. Lessmann is a skilled and caring surgeon who saved my wife’s life by performing emergency surgery for a perforated colon at Syosset Hospital. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Lessmann for his expertise and humanity. I would highly recommend Dr. Lessmann without hesitation or reservation.
I went to Syosset Hospital Christmas Eve 2022 for what turned out to be an emergency gallbladder removal surgery. The Emergency room was a 4.8 out of 5. Dr. Lessmann who I had the pleasure of meeting by sheer luck turns out to be 100 out of 10!! He is straight forward, caring and an absolute gentleman. Follow up with him have been a breeze. He responds very quickly to phone calls, texts and texted pictures. If you need for a surgeon is elective, choose Dr. Lessmann YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!
