Dr Ramirez has always shown a lot of concern for my problems and urged me to take the steps needed to get relief, be it medicine or seeing a specialist. I trust him and feel good about recommending him to others.
Dr Ramirez is among the finest physicians I've ever had the pleasure of working with. His is a unique, integrated method that treats the biological person, the mind, and the soul. A great teacher of mine, quoting another great teacher of his, once said, "All healing is sacred," and Dr Ramirez knows this and has healed me many times, gotten me through terrible times, and he's a doctor who actually listens to you. A truly gifted doctor, a giver: and one who is doing the good work. Lovely staff.
This is a small town Dr. who does not keep up with modern medicine. He has misdiagnosed me twice, once when I had pneumonia. Many of my family, friends, and aquaintaces have fired him as their Dr., and now travel to Austin or San Antonio for competent medical care. It certainly reflects poorly on the Texas Medical school who passed him through "the system". I imagine he would not be employable anywhere but this 1 Dr. town. You have been warned.
