I saw Dr. Martinez while I was a patient at Medical City Dallas. He was able to schedule my procedure the same afternoon of the first morning we met and that to me show caring and compassion to really want to find out what was going on. He would always come into my rooms smiling, asking how I was doing/feeling, which made me feel very comfortable knowing he seemed genuinely concerned about my condition.
He's an excellent doctor and a nice guy. He noticed things that previous gastroenterologists missed. I recommend him highly.
Not rushed, attentive and very easy to talk to!
I highly recommended Dr. Martinez he was attentive and actively listened to me. I did not feel rushed or judged by him. He was very informative and he answered all my questions. Dr. Martinez is very helpful. You will not be disappointed if you come to him. I feel like he really cares for his patients and wants to help.

Excellent bedside manner, great experience.
Was rude, condescending, and incommunicative regarding why he was performing test. My primary care dr could not diagnose. Had been nauseous for ~ a month, with bitter taste in mouth also. The first thing Dr Martinez said when he entered the exam room was "so why are you seeing me for your nausea issue?" DUH....Maybe because it could be a digestive issue and I need it to be diagnosed & hopefully relieved very soon???
After being with Dr. Katzman since 1989, and a history of polyps and colonoscopy's, I was a little hesitant to continue with someone new, but I was so wrong. Dr. Martinez is wonderful and has been a great Doctor for me. He is easy going, has great bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable. I am so happy to have someone who is sincere about keeping me well without over treating me.
