Phenomenal customer service from the moment you walk in, starting at the front desk. Dr. Collazos is extremely patient with the kids, a great listener, and the scheduling process was easy and seamless!!!
We had a great experience. It was my son’s first visit and for the first time I felt like my concerns as a parent were actually heard. My son was fussy and sick and Dr. Collazos was very patient and kind with him. Dr. Cozzazos also took his time to analyze my sons symptoms and was available when communicating the results. The staff was also warm and welcoming. I’m so glad I found an office that just felt right from walking in and we didn’t feel like just another number.
