Last year I saw Dr Lopez, he sent me to have a Head MRI and his staff did not take care of arranging the MRI. After 2 weeks I contacted Dr Lopez office and they told me it was my fault and that I had go back there. After going back to his office for really nothing more. I finally got the MRI approved, but I could not get it because I got an anxiety attack at the place before the MRI.
