There was a power outage when I showed up and it seemed like the whole building was out not just the dental office. But the front desk, especially Esther🥹, handled it so well. She let everyone know what was going on, helped reschedule things quickly, and made sure people weren’t just showing up and getting turned away. 🫶🫶🫶🫶She stayed calm and kind the whole time and you could tell she really cared about making sure things went as smoothly as possible. Shoutout to the front desk receptionist lady, Jee Hay. She’s always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring to me, my family and other patients i see. Every time I come in, she makes the experience feel easy and welcoming, which helps with the initial nervousness i feel when i go to dentists.
