The Worst costumer service I have ever received in my entire life! Tianna Miller claiming she’s the Boss and she’s the only one to speak with! She refused to give me any contact information of a supervisor or of the Dr , so I can share with him my very bad experience from today‘s visit and how I was treated by his staff! Be careful going there! Especially if you’re last patient for the day , or if you want to ask questions. I never felt so Humiliated as a consumer and a person! Dr. J’s Elegant Med Spa is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate about their products and services. Their office is convenient, easy to make appointments and location with convenient parking. Every time I leave their office, I feel better about myself. They take time to listen to my concerns and have a solution. I moved to Minneapolis and found it easier to return to Dr J’s because they are so easy to work with and I know I will get the best quality for the best price.

I absolutely love this place. It's clean, the staff is friendly & there are no hard sells like at other Med Spa's. Nurse Bonny really took her time with my treatment & was so educational. I look forward to coming back!
