We love Dr. Rafati! She is so attentive and proactive. Couldn’t ask for a better Dr for my girls.
If I could give Dr. Rafati more stars I would. She and her office provide the kind of attention and care that you always hope for from a doctor but that is rare in today's world of medicine. She is more than friendly and easy to talk to; Dr. Rafati is also a fierce advocate for her patients. I can attest to her kind, judgement-free advice on the little things as well as her poise and dedication with the "big things." Your precious child is in good hands with her and her team.
She is amazing!! We are from another country and she was so kind and gentle with our son, very patient with us when she explained a little bit about the medical system, took a good care of our baby and was very profesional! It was a blessing to find her!
She is super sweet and caring. My daughter absolutely adores her and the Dr. actively listens to what my daughter tells her and vice versa in fact the interaction is super special. Dr. spends the perfect amount of time with parent and listens to your questions and/or concerns and discusses them with you. She is very knowledgeable and professional and has that special gift to interact with kids you don't find just anywhere.
My children are new patients of hers and I swear I am in love with her care for children already. She really is a great listener and seems very down to earth. I highly recommend. Like other said....you don't feel rushed at all.
Amazing, knowledgeable, caring, and down to earth. She is a great listener and tries to solve issues at the root of the problem, by specifically tailoring the response to the individual child's needs. I have been seeing Dr. Keck for over 6 years, and she's made such a difference in our lives. I wish every doctor was like her! Not only is she smart and keeps up with the latest research, she also has great insight when tackling harder issues, such sleeping or behavioral issues. She's the best!!!
Dr Rafati is amazing! She cares about her patients, and you feel it when you meet her. She spends time with you, and it never feels rushed.
Dr. Rafati is a great doctor! Her bedside manner is excellent, she is extremely thorough; but most importantly she is highly compasionate and treats my children like her own.
