All she thinks about how to provide minimum effort and get maximum charge from the insurance companies and the people in needs. She could not care less about the patience, her hate toward people is outstanding.
I've been going to Dr. Joyce P Chang and she's a good doctor she comes then she listens to my problems she talks to me to do each person talk to she's a good listener and her office is close to my house so I don't have to ride a long way. so I recommend that the chain as a family doctor and a dermatologist.
I have to agree with many of the negative reviews on here. Joyce Chang doesn't care about her patients. My first impression of her was negative. She walked in the room didn't really introduce herself. I was a new patient. No smile straight face the entire time. I left her office feeling upset about the whole experience. It was very unprofessional. But we all have our bad days. Maybe she was having one that particular day. The second time was the same. The third time I visit her office was the l
This doctor is very cold and not empathetic whatsoever. I felt that she completely ignored my symptoms and didn't delve into possible causes. I really think she prefers to focus on cosmetics and skin, which is fine, just don't advertise yourself as being urgent care or offer medical services. Her staff seems to be very nice and efficient. Also it is easy to get an appointment. Those are the only reasons I gave this doctor two stars rather than one.
Great Doctor, fast visit but thorough, office nice, staff nice just what my family is looking for.
shes a good doctor if I had one complaint it would be the one thing rule. Other than that shes nicer than her staff. and a excellent doctor that knows everything.
