Today at 11:20am at appointment in the 2nd floor 2D it’s 2:28pm and still haven’t seen the doctor. The receptionist have a bad attitude. I asked a question and she talked back with a attitude. Jacobi needs to check there staff. An put more doctors who are available especially when there are so many patients in the same day!!!!!
