Terrible service
Incredibly rude and unprofessional doctor. Mean older woman who bullies younger women. Not only that, she has absolutely insane political views that she brings up. Completely unprofessional.
I got a voicemail last week (a week prior To my appt and I saved the voicemail) reminding me of my appointment at 10:30a. (Which was the wrong time). The Medical Assistant (Adriana) calls me a few days prior (Very passive aggressive) saying that because I hadn’t completed the necessary documents she had emailed me “several times” I would need to arrive early to my appt. There are not enough words for me to express the gratitude I have for Dr.Shotwell and her team. Day 1 of my visit I was so nervous because I transferred from a pulmonary specialist who told me to stop all my meds and refused to return my calls. Then Dr.Shotwell walks into the room with a big smile and politely greets me. She does her assessment and she only knows I wear oxygen.
