This is the worst Doctors office. For one Doctor Joy is very rough when doing pap smears. This is the first one I had where I was in pain and actually bled. She is very unexperienced and I got my documents and transferred them out to another facility. When she said she was going to try for a natural birth after I had already had xrays done showing that my bone structure was very narrow and there would not be a way for the baby to come out. Dr. Joy Smith does not deserve any stars. The only reason that I had to give her one is because I wanted to rate her. My son and daughter in law first child almost did not make it. She did but with health issues. She is two years old now. Dr, Smith was seriously negligent in not hearing my daughter in laws pleas by not taking her serious. She had to be delivered by emergency caesarean. Please do not take your loved one to this doctor. She should not have her license or needs more training
I'm very disappointed in the wait at this office. The first time I thought - well maybe she just fell behind or had a last minute delivery- well I'm back for the second time and I've been waiting here an hour! 45 mins after sitting the nurse comes to take my blood- I ask busy day? She said no they just told me you arrived- AFTER- I've been sitting for 45 mins! They send me back to the waiting - waiting another 30 minutes. They DO NOT value your time here.
