Dry professional, tender , caring. All staff was very kind and made me feel like I mattered. Dr….wow!! What a very smart kind and caring doctor. She talked to me as a person, not a number. She answered any questions and was gentle, yet was an amazing doctor!
Always a superb visit. Usually WPB but first time at other office yesterday . Dr Joy is amazing and every visit with entire team superb
The best OBGYN Doctor as far as my last I been under her care for the pass two years and I must say that I absolutely love how she is profoundly very attentive, genuinely shows care, she listens, she gives insight, very hard working and dedicated and omg not to mention her baby boy circumcision work is amazing I would recommend Joy to every expecting mom or overall woman 100%
I have been on hold for over 20+ minutes. I am writing this as I sit on hold. I am calling for a copy of test that was never sent over to Primary Care Physician. All Mammograms and Diagnostic testing should be sent to primary care physician. Obviously that is not the case with this office staff. Very poor phone etiquette. Dr Joy should be aware that the staff doesn't even ask you to hold, they just pick up the phone and put it on hold, I have waited on hold then the phone rings and they just put you back on hold. Dr Joy Clavaris is my doctor and it’s a pleasure to have her because she is always pleasant and professional . She asks questions and she listens to you . We love her and the staff because they are friendly and always smiles and speak and very professional also. Happy to be a patient.
