Seems to drop patients out of the blue for no particular reason. Always tried to collect fees over and above OHIP.
My husband and I both see Dr. Waks, and the support we receive is fantastic. He is a wonderful, caring, and empathetic doctor.
Billy Z is incredible here! I come regularly for deep tissue massages and he is not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable. My quality of life has supremely improved since starting sessions with Billy. I had an incident where I hurt my back, Billy was able to book me in immediately and also went above and beyond to ensure that I could reach out to him if I needed extra help over the weekend. Really fantastic service.
