Dr. Orlen is very knowledgeable and and takes a great interest and care in the patient's eye care. He answers every question with patience and great intelligence. Dr Orlen always makes for an informative and pleasurable visit. What i appreciate most with Dr. Orlen, is that you never like your a number, you feel like part of family.
The "front desk" and technicians were very professional and pleasant. Dr. Olsen is a reserved doctor. I will admit that I was there for a check up and for the possibility of getting contacts. He recommended a certain script and got them for me to try. I put them in with no issues. One side felt a bit scratchy so he looked and said it wasn't in there so he got me another one to put in stating that I must have dropped it. I then put the second one in.
