I am Very Disappointed in this office. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks. I showed up after leaving work, driving there, and finding out they gave away my appointment yesterday. I never received a call or message from them. They said that for some reason i "showed up as a NEW client" even though i had been there multiple times previously. they found the error but said I could only schedule another time. Not Happy!
Admin was professional and courteous. Dr.Olen was very engaging and considerate to my needs. Overall excellent experience. Great location in proximity to where I live so the convenience factor is an awesome bonus.
very impressed with modern ocular equipment . Also was great not being blind with eye drops
