Dr. Josh is more than a chiropractor. He specializes and is certified in Active Release Technique which loosens up tight muscles through motion and pressure on specific muscles. If you have lingering pain or soreness from sports or just normal day-to-day activities, you will be impressed by the results. I highly recommend Dr. Josh Manning and see him regularly.
When I 1st went to visit Dr. Josh, I had terrible lower back pain. I wasn’t able to sleep and I would have to roll out every night. After initially being assessed by Dr. Josh, he found my pain points and was able to treat me with heat therapy right away. My pain stemmed from deep within the tissue and I was going 2x per week but after a few treatments, the pain started going away completely. Josh always provides excellent service and it very analytical in his approaches to making sure you feel better after leaving. I basically keep testing his knowledge with all my various issues and he always pulls through no matter the issue :)
Aches and pains? Don't put up with them! Go see Dr. Manning immediately! I walk in hunched over in pain and leave with so much relief.
