I've been with this office a few years after a move here from CO. 1. First off, I had a chipped crown that needed to be addressed. I paid to have the tooth filed, which I am still awaiting my refund for the procedure. Billing has been informed that there should have been 'no charge to me', I even sent them the EOB. 2. I was informed from the assistant that they would do a 'pre-estimate' on a new crown. My first and initial experience with Dr. Renken was very good. I was very impressed with his assistant, Natalie, who made me feel very comfortable for my root canal. Kudos to Dr. Maggie Shafer who referred me to him for this procedure as I was having tooth pain due to an abscess in a molar needing a root canal. Also, the availability in getting in so promptly. Appreciated the reminder texts for appts - very helpful!! Thanks again!
