As both an internist and pediatrician I strive to promote health and wellness throughout life in an effort to assist with keeping my patients healthy and happy. Ideally this is done without medications through lifestyle changes which my patients and I mutually arrive at through development of a healthy physician-patient relationship over the course of time. I believe in fully vaccinating infants, children and adults based on the recommended vaccination schedule.

Dr Joshua McCollum has been our Primary Care Physician since 2002. He has provided medical care for us over the last 18 years & has always been a caring & knowledgeable doctor. My husband recently had a back injury & being Blessed w/great health, we had no experience w/an issue like this. Dr. McCollum was w/us every step of the way first w/Televisit as we're both 70 yrs old & he didn't want us to be exposed to Covid & then he quickly recommended us to a Neurosurgeon which resulted in surgery to repair the Ruptured Disc fragm... read more
Hands down Dr. MCcollum has taken care of my son since the age of 1 and he's now 18 years of age. He has always been a great Physician and role model. Whenever I've taken visited with him he's talked with him and was as gentle and his bedside manner is phenomenol. His nurse Ashley is even the greatest. More recently my son had to visit their office. Ashley called to check on him after he visited over a week ago. I highly recommend Tennessee Medicine and Pediatric. But I only recommended Dr. McCollum. Keep up the good work.
