I don't know if it's the billing department or the medical staff but they have no understanding of how to bill things correctly and are unwilling to do anything about it. My wife had to have a hiatal hernia repaired with this doctor. One year and a half later we are getting harassed by the hospital because Dr. Joshua Long and his staff couldn't bill anything correctly to our insurance.
