After being his patient for almost 10 years he wouldnt fill out simple paperwork for me to renew my drivers licence unless I made appointments to get thousands of dollars in tests first ! I am healthy as a horse and work construction. His office staff is often inefficient as they have called in prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy and have had to call multiple times to get prescriptions refilled.
