The place was nice and the office staff was great. A warning about Dr Wilder, however. When I was called back, the medical tech/nurse wanted an X-ray, I said I didn’t need an X-ray, she talked to Dr Wilder (who hadn’t met me or looked at my foot yet) and he said he needed the X-ray. I repeated I didn’t think I needed an X-ray but allowed it since he said he needed it. They took the X-ray and I had my visit, which at this point I would have left a good review. Not a great experience with this office (Snellville). Customer service is terrible. Front office staff is unhelpful and can be a bit condescending. At my very first appointment, I was provided incorrect devices to use for relief, which is fine. People make mistakes, however, I had to go back & forth with staff today to rectify this for myself and then was ultimately told “ok we’ll go ahead & work with you” as if I was asking for a favor or this was an accident made on MY part. Dr. Wilder is an excellent doctor, with a comforting bedside manner. I would highly recommend his practice.
Dr. Wilder and the staff of Ankle and Foot Center in Lilburn Ga. Are more than a pleasant experience. The staff from being greeted with a sincere welcome to the medical team being professional yet personable. Not to mention what a pleasant experience having an experienced confident doctor in Dr. Wilder. I would recommend without hesitation the office of Ankle and Foot Centers to family and friends.
