Dr. Wilder and his staff are fantastic. He has impressive bedside manners and is very transparent and thorough. His staff is both kind and compassionate. My visits, procedure, and post-op were met with the same high-level professionalism each time. I would recommend this doctor and his team 10 out of 10 times!
The place was nice and the office staff was great. A warning about Dr Wilder, however. When I was called back, the medical tech/nurse wanted an X-ray, I said I didn’t need an X-ray, she talked to Dr Wilder (who hadn’t met me or looked at my foot yet) and he said he needed the X-ray. I repeated I didn’t think I needed an X-ray but allowed it since he said he needed it. They took the X-ray and I had my visit, which at this point I would have left a good review. Not a great experience with this office (Snellville). Customer service is terrible. Front office staff is unhelpful and can be a bit condescending. At my very first appointment, I was provided incorrect devices to use for relief, which is fine. People make mistakes, however, I had to go back & forth with staff today to rectify this for myself and then was ultimately told “ok we’ll go ahead & work with you” as if I was asking for a favor or this was an accident made on MY part. Dr. Wilder is an excellent doctor, with a comforting bedside manner. I would highly recommend his practice.
