Thorough and intelligent expert, explains completely and clearly, answers questions fully, takes time with patient, straightforward but cordial, writes important notes for patient, follows up including by telephoning to patient if needed, provides printed materials on topic when required, diagnosis was spot on and planned correction 100% successful.
