I've had a surgery by Joshua Dines that left my left shoulder worse. I was told that I need a new MRI. But Dines office said they will not issue a new MRI prescription. They want me to get a MRI prescription from a different doctor and bring it to him. Waste of time. I left this review on both of his office locations.
