Dr. Kershen was helpful and knowledgeable when addressing my health concerns. He doesn't hold back when giving you his thoughts. He kept me actively involved throughout the exam. My only complaint is that when I was telling him how my symptoms started, he said "okay" a lot and made it seem like he wasn't completely listening.
I went to him for second opinion after having 2 strokes. He was given copies of all my medical records and test prior to my appointment. First appointment he re-peated several blood test and we return the next we when he did another test told me he did not see the need to ever see me again. No explanation. Return to primary doctor which the he told me that dr Kershaw wrote a letter to say he did not think I ever had a stroke. I have MRIs to prove them. He does not care about patients.
