This was my initial appointment on a cardiologist referral due to a test result. I had a nightmare trying to make an appointment with HeartPlace Baylor, so I asked for another referral to Dr. Burak who saw a close friend of mine. What a wonderful experience that has been! Rude front desk (Denise and Sue) who argues with patients. They had me wait and called other people who came after me. They asked me to wear a mask but I saw other patients who weren’t wearing masks. And I simply asked to touch my own mask from the package which apparently made her upset and had another patient go before me. I was right outside the door (clear door) where they can see me but they took that opportunity to say the nurse called my name. I had to cancel after being there for 45 min - what a waste of time. He is very through and easy to talk too, has a great bedside manner. I trust him completely. He really listens to all my concerns and shows he cares. He takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions.
Banks sounds crazy to me. Based off of her google reviews, it seems unfair that she complains about every business that dares charge her for her services. From my experience, Dr. Burak has been a GREAT doctor. Byond grateful for his care.
Good Morning, Thank you for responding. I understand that you must take care of your staff, but that was not respectful. In your feedback to me, I do not see where I advised your staff that I get paid once a month and that they could make a copy of my my card and withdraw the funds on the specified date. Plus, I am still trying to understand why I have such a large balance in the first place.
