Probably the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I love the fact that he is so knowledgable about not only cardiology, but what can be done to support cardiac health. I believe the "healthy" approach he takes in his practice makes him head and shoulders one of the top doctors practicing today.
I find Dr Jacobi to be a very good, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. He listens and can make you feel very at ease by his bedside manner. I was afraid at the thought of seeing a cardiologist but he had the opposite effect on me. This makes me trust him more and listen to him as he helps me improve my health. I love this doctor. God bless him.

Dr Jacobi has a competent staff and my appointments have always been on time. He gives me his full attention and allows me to ask my questions. He addresses my concerns and shows me respect. I especially like that he is familiar with my plant based diet.
Great Dr and as important the front office are really friendly, helpful and flexible. Dr Jocobi was recommended and I use him for my cardiology and primary care.
Dr Jacobi is one of the best doctors that I have gone to. He is very knowledgeable and through. He takes his time to explain in simple English what every your illness is. He offers great suggestions to help you get better and to maintain good health. I have gone to MANY doctors in the past, not just for myself but for family and friends and he gets my 5 star votes.
I highly recommend Dr. Jacobi and his team. They took a same-day appointment for me following a visit to the ER the night before. Dr. Jacobi listened to my concerns, ran tests, and respected my opinions and knowledge of my own body. He calmed me, and provided insightful and realistic recommendations for continuing my care.
Dr. Jacobi changed my expectations of what a family doctor/primary physician can be. Knowledgeable, warm, and genuine, he strives to connect all aspects of his patients lives to get a clear picture of their overall health. Dr Jacobi bedside care and concerns is why i am alive today. In 2010, when all tests and exams said i was fine but his care caused me to take a heart cath and found 3 arteries blocked and had immediate 5 artery bypass, BUT THE MIRACLE WAS MY HEART WAS FINE.
