So deeply disappointed in this place. One of my providers recommended Dr. Raiten (and sent the referral to his office). I have left three messages over three weeks trying to schedule a visit, but received no response. Shockingly unprofessional. I could’ve spent this time looking for a different pain management physician instead, but I naively believed they would not leave a potential patient hanging like this. Wrong.
Dr. Raiten and his staff are knowledgeable and kind. He has helped me navigate my pain and was nice enough to get me in asap for a visit and procedure. Thank You!
Dr. Raiten is knowledgeable and deft and familiar with how the body works. He's able to pinpoint possible issues and, most importantly, will listen to his patient regarding experiences and preferences. Incredible bedside manner, very patient. So much progress in just a year!
