The hygienist called and sick and they sent me a text five minutes before my appointment scheduled time to let me know. When I went into the office, they said they would put me on a cancellation list because they didn’t have anything until the new year which is 2 1/2 months away. They obviously do not need new patients because they are not concerned with trying to work in a new patient.

I used like going to this dentist office but not anymore . Dr gosnell worked on my daughter's tooth which he messed up on and after I had called up there saying it's not normal to have so much pain. well guess what it's not normal to leave a tooth untreated. But you had no problem charging for the service but yet did not fix a dang thing on it but yet you made it worse. I nor my daughter will ever come there again.Your service seriously declined majorly .
