Josh has helped me on more than one occasion with shoulder and back pain where physiotherapy wasn't working. He takes the time to understand what's wrong by asking pointed questions and conducting a physical assessment to see your limitations. I recently had a shoulder injury that physiotherapy was barely helping after 9 months. 4 visits to Josh made my shoulder feel almost perfect again. I highly recommend him.
Josh has been a life saver. I fell on my shoulder 5 years ago and my current physiotherapist at the time was doing her best to help me but my shoulder kept popping out every few weeks. While waiting to see a doctor at a walk-in clinic, the guy sitting next to me recommended Josh and I decided to take his advice and THANK GOD I DID.
