Very professional!
I do not enjoy going to the Dr but Dr ordway makes me feel more comfortable about scheduling appointments He's very understanding and honest with me. I like honest genuine people and he is one of those
Ordway is excellent, but I am healthy so I am an easy patient. I have heard others say he does not get to the root of the problem. I had a problem in the past that my obgyn dropped the ball on and he wanted to send me to a specialty then I did my own research, found what treatment I needed, and he ordered it for me, so please be aware he's great but does not get to the root of problems. Receptionist and clerk were nice. However, the medical assistant who took me back prior to doc coming in was very rude. No introduction, no smile. I would say "thank you" and would get no response. First time in my 10yrs coming to this office having this encounter. I still received great care from my physician though.
Dr Ordway is caring, attentive and patient.
