Been going for years now even though not in network. Dr. Pham is well acquainted with new research on weight loss, diabetes care, longevity, and other subjects. She's open to trying new modalities of care with us. Best doctor I've had in Silicon Valley for 20 years.
Dr pham is an excellent doctor. Her one front office person needs to know how to speak with people. Would not give Dr Pham a message to call me. It was urgent … frustrated because I asked twice.. said I would come into the office and wait to talk with the doctor. .. that’s how urgent this was. Always helpful and wonderful.
Worst ever management staff. Don't have the proper courtesy. I missed an appointment- they fined an amount for it and instead of calling me and letting me know about it- kept sending me an mail during covid lockdown time and charged an exorbitant 60% of the actual fine. The Dr is good person. Sad to stop going to this place because of the inefficient and annoying management she has.
Been patient for 15 years and in the past even changed jobs in order to get correct insurance so I can see Dr. Pham. Best doctor ever .. Recommended
