Please don't come to this doctor if you're in a time crunch. Every single appointment I've had, I've had to wait over a half hour past my appointment time to be seen. The staff is so nice but now I have to work insane hours to make up for the fact that I had to take a 2 hour lunch break instead of 1 hour like intended. It's truly testing my patience but there are no other psychiatrists taking patients in the area for me to transfer to. It's extremely unprofessional and it is effecting my work life.
I usually would not take the time to write anything like this but I feel no one should have to be subjected to what I have experienced with this place. The first psychiatrist I saw in the Introspect office was Dr. Arial Vitali who talked more about himself and his life than his patient sitting in front of him. He was disorganized and late for every appointment we had.
