I've been used it for years but I was surprised to see what they did to me on 03/20/21.I went there for a cleaning and all of them told me I that I have to pay a 70 dollars of copay I told them I never pay copay they told me everything changed because of COVID-19.I asked them if they are in the network even doctor Alerte told "YES" they are in they network.On 03/22/21 I called the insurance company and they told dr Alerte's office is not in the office. From the first time I visited the office with my boys, there was always a warm welcome. My previous dentist told me I had 32 cavities- smh. I went to him for a second opinion and he was honest and very informative. I did not have any cavities at all. I just had a deep cleaning and saw him 6 months later. Same for my oldest son. Very HONEST dentist. I rave about him like to everyone who compliments me on my bright smile. Thank you!!!!!!!👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍

Since I started going to this dentist, my life has never been the same again, it made me two bridges and a crown so bad and very painful , deformed ,uncomfortable . Totally disaster......
