Excellent service. I felt Dr. Holland really cared for my well being.
All medical personnel involved in my care there were attentive, caring, and professional. It put me at ease and alleviated any apprehension before my procedure.
I am very fearful of going under anesthesia. Last thing I remember was Dr Holland was talking to me and next thing I knew was my daughter and a nurse were trying to wake me up. I was very surprised to find out it was all done, I felt very good and nothing at all hurt. Very pleased with Dr. Holland and Southeast Texas Gastroenterology. 100% satisfied!
Within a few minutes I felt like I had known dr Holland and the entire team at the Texas endoscopy center! Will continue to recommend this group . I work in the medical community in my home town, but drove to Beaumont for procedure. This is a highly professional team with southern charm! Thanks to all.
He is absolutely a great physician. Very helpful and treated me with kindness listening to answering my questions. Definitely recommend Dr. J. Holland - I also will point out that his staff are very caring and efficient. Five Stars.
So I have had a traumatic experiences with Doctors so typically I run when I see a new Doctor but not with Dr. Holland he made me feel very comfortable and assured me he will find out what is going on with me! I loved how Dr. Holland made me feel like I was a person with feelings and was kind and funny as well. I would recommend Dr. Holland to my friends and family
Facility & Staff gets a A+. Everyone from receptionist to Dr Joseph Holland. Courteous, caring, attentive, comforting, professional, & a sweet spirit. Not only treated as a patient; but with respect & as a special “person” . Special Thank you to the pre-op nurses Lindsey/Shelby and post-op nurse (?) What dedicated young ladies !!!(:
