I had an appointment today at 1pm and was told to call when I got here because of covid. I call at 1pm and get a recording saying the office is closed until 1:30 for lunch. So I just drove a half hour to get here and no one is here for my 1pm appointment, which was confirmed twice. Absolutely ridiculous.
Called this morning for an appt and was told it wasn't needed, just come in (rudely). After sitting in the waiting room for 90 minutes and people that arrived after me go in to see the Dr I asked how much longer and mentioned that I had other scheduled things to do. I come to find out that the good Dr was eating lunch. Everyone certainly has a right to eat their lunch but a little courtesy after 90 minutes would be the right thing to do. Woman at window was nasty as well. Dr change in process!!
Dr. Venezia is a wonderful doctor. If u go to him for anything make sure Dr. Venezia is there. The nurse practioner acts like a patient from One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest.
I have seen Dr Venezia as well as his P.A. And both are extremely pleasant and friendly as the rest of his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others!
Worst first visit to a physician ever. Zero consideration for patient well being.
