Very impressed. Dr. Overton is super personable and has great people skills. His entire staff is very friendly. Great patient care and great customer skills.
HIGHLY recommend. I was scared big time to have my surgery done. Dr. Overton and his staff made me feel comfortable. I have been very pleased with everything they have done for me.
Excellent! He is very funny, knowledgeable and personable! He did a great job on a removal of a cyst. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a great dermatologist!
This does not in any way have any reference to Dr. Overton. This in reference to visit and saw PA-C. She was not very helpful to my needs, and she asked how old I was and I told her 66 and she then commented that I looked 73. I was in shock and did not say anything to her. I felt this was an inappropriate response! She did not offer me any services that she would do. She gave me a jar of Tretinoin cream without any instructions of how to use it.
Dr. Overton is THE doctor to see. On two separate occasions, Dr. Overton found pre-cancerous moles that I did not have on my "cut off" list. I always tell him he saved my life twice. Everyone there is courteous and friendly - what more could you want.
I am very unhappy w/ the service I received today. My son went about 2 mths ago to have warts removed f/ his hands. I called the office to let them know the warts had came back, and wanted to schd. another appt. Follow up today. Ashley gets very rude and says we need to stay on top of this, he should have been seen within 3 wks. after the first appt. WELL EXCUSE ME!!!! Maybe you should be getting rude w/ the person making the appts. Not my fault you can't get me in faster! Customer Service??
We drive over 30 miles from near Atlanta (with more doctors in his field than I can count), to see him in Covington. He is the most caring, concerned and thorough dermatologist we've ever consulted. You can absolutely trust his findings and get great results from treatment. That's why we recommend him to anyone needing a dermatologist.
