I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrante for many years. He is an excellent doctor. Dr. Ferrante takes the time to give thorough examinations and always answers all of my questions and listens to all of my concerns in order to diagnose and treat the problem leaving no stone unturned. During the trip to South of California I took before Christmas last year, suddenly I felt my feet very hurt, and some of my toes become black.Dr Ferrante gave me a very good care.I would like to reccomend him to my friends.
1) Significantly untrained staff (mistaking a bruised nail root with an ingrown nail suggests utter incompetence)2) Poor decision making by Dr Ferrante, motivated by overbilling insurance rather than by doing whats in the patients interest
Dr Ferrante has been taking care of my feet since 2000. He did 2 surgeries on my feet, one to fix my bunion and the other to take care of my hammer toe. Ive been a regular patient since. I would reccommend Dr. Ferrante. Ive seen him spending a lot of time on his patients and making sure the problems is well discussed and taken care of.
This doctor is a crook just like many others in the area!!! He overbills your insurance like in my case, he billed my insurance company 105\$ in the name of surgery for taping my foot. Yeah, thats right for taping my foot with an ordinary white tape(after knowing the fact that it gets applied to my deductible). I was shocked to find out that taping my foot is being classifed as SURGERY!!! I WAS SEEN BY DR. FERRANTE FOR HEEL PAIN. DR. FERRANTE DIAGNOSED ME WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIS.HE RECOMMENDED CUSTOM ORTHOTICS. THEY HAVE BEEN HELPFUL. I HAVE NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE. DR. FERRANTE PROVES HE CARES FOR HIS PATIENTS. I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM TO ANYBODY.
I was seen by Dr. ferrante for a painful ingrown toe nail. He gave me different suggestions on how to treat it. We agreed on removing my nail border. Dr. ferrante explained the procedure and left me with confidence. The procedure went smoothly and was pain free On top of that i had a really bad calluse that was very painful to walk on. He treated that also. Now I can walk pain free and my ingrown nail problem is gone. My nail grew back with no problems. I highly recommend Dr. ferrante for any feet problems.
