I had a straightforward dental hygiene appointment. They charged me (and filed claim with my insurance) for the services they did not perform. They eventually agreed to remove the charges, and notified my insurance that they made a mistake. But I don't think I can trust them anymore especially with more complicated dental work. I need to be able to trust people that have my SSN.
I have been going to Dr Steiner for thirty plus years. I would recommend him to anybody my children go to Dr Steiner. I trust the dental practice with my teeth which is to say I press the dental practice with my health.
